Front Squat – In 15 minutes, work up to a 3RM for the day.

Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets), perform the following (resting with time remaining each round):

20 Wall Ball (20/14#)

15 KB Swing (70/53)

10 Med-Ball Sit-Up (20/14#)

C.

Roll out psoas and perform wall V-sit for 90 seconds.
