Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 sets) for max load:

500 Meter Ski

5 Power Clean & Push Jerk

Let’s go as big as possible today, trying to achieve the heaviest total poundage possible over the 20 reps.  Only 5 attempts per set, including misses. Adjust weight throughout the workout as needed.
