Spend 20 minutes learning the technique of:
Kb snatch
Sumo dead lift high pull
 

Strength

In 10 minutes, warm up to a heavy 5 touch and go sumo dead lift high pull.
Then, every minute for 6 minutes perform 5 touch and go SDHP.
 

Conditioning

For time, complete the following:
100 kb snatch for time 53/36#
