Turkish Get-Up – Work up to a heavy, but manageable weight, and perform 1 repetition every 30 seconds for 7 minutes (7 per arm total).

Tabata KB One Arm Swing (alternating hands every round).

KB One Arm Clean (from ground) – 40 reps for time (alternating hands).

 

D.

“Death By” KB Snatch (from the swing)

Start the first minute completing one swing per hand, and increase by one repetition every minute per hand until you can no longer keep up with protocol.

 

***All movements should be treated as strength/skill work.  If you are sound with the technique, go heavy.  If the movements are new to you, go light and focus on solid form.
