For time, in teams of 3, complete the following:

Pull-Ups x100

Overhead Walking Lunge w/Plate x100 steps (45/25#)

Bear Crawl x15 Reps (1 rep= 25′ down & back)

DB/KB Ground to Overhead x100 (35/20#)

Crab Walk x15 Reps (1 rep= 25′ down & back)

800m Run w/Plate (45/25#)
