In teams of two, complete the following:

AMRAP 5

Box Jump

Electric Chair (Wall hold) – Upper thighs must be parallel to the floor.

Notes: While one athlete is against the wall in electric chair, the other is performing as many box jumps as possible.  Switch whenever the athlete on wall can no longer hold proper position.  Score equals total box jumps accumulated.

B.

AMRAP 4

Hang from Rig

Burpees

Notes: While one athlete is hanging from rig, the other is performing as many burpees as they can.  Switch when athlete drops from rig.  Score equals total burpees accumulated.

C.

AMRAP 3

Med Ball Sit-Up with Pass

Notes: Sitting no closer than 4′ together from feet to feet, perform a sit-up and pass for as many reps as possible in three minutes. Score equals total passes.

 

Final score equals total reps performed from A,B, and C.
