Each teammate will start at a different movement.  At 321…go, athletes will complete each round rotating through the movements simultaneously (two athletes will never be working on the same movement)until finished with the three.  After the completion of each round, all teammates will perform a total of 9 rope climb, switching off after every ascent, before they all start the next round.
