Renegade Row w/push-up – as many as possible.

One athlete starts by performing 1 set of Turkish get-ups, one with each arm. During that time, athlete B is performing max reps of renegade rows.  Athletes switch after each set of Turkish get-ups.  Each athlete will complete 24 turkish get-ups, or 12 sets, in total. 

Score is time and renegade rows completed.
