Min 2 – Goat #2

Min 3 – Ski/Bike//Row for 40 seconds at an easy to moderate effort.

Movements can be anything – Double-unders, rope climbs, snatch, clean & jerk, pull-ups, overhead squat, etc… Choose a weight/scaling option that will allow for technical improvements to be made.  Weight is your enemy today.
