Snatch – Work up to a heavy single for the day

If we are new to the snatch, lets focus on hitting all of our positions with a light bar/pvc.  From there, let’s add speed!  If you can move well fast, then slowly add weight as form permits.

3 Cleans

6 Handstand Push-ups

3 Cleans

9 Handstand Push-ups

3 Cleans

12 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

15 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

18 Handstand Push-ups

6 Cleans

21 Handstand Push-ups

9 Cleans

Adding 3 reps to the Handstand Push-up each round, and 3 reps to the Clean every 3 rounds.

Cleans M=185lbs, F=125lbs

(Scaled Version)

Same WOD as above, except HSPU will be scaled to L-Seated DB Press x10 per round.  Cleans will remain the same.  Scale load as necessary.
