Add 5-10# to every set from last week.

*This is our last week on this protocol.  Let’s make sure to push our limits with each of these WORK sets.  The last 2-3 reps of each set should feel extremely challenging.

Band Pull-aparts x20-30
Side Plank x30-45 sec/side
