Bench Press 10-8-8-6-6

These are working sets, so perform as many sets as necessary to get prepped for your first work set of 10.  The goal is to add weight to every additional set thereafter.

*perform 12-15 Ring Row after every WORK set

Rest at least 2 minutes after every set of push and pulls.

Complete 3 Giant sets of:

10-12 Deficit Push-ups (off 45# plates)

10-12 DB Hammer Curl (athletes choice of load)

20-30 Band Pull-aparts

30 Abmat Sit-ups

This Thursday Kettlebell Kitchen, a provider of convenient prepared meals delivered right to our door, will be in attendance at our 7:30am and 9:00am classes to answer questions about their services.  They’re also bringing some tasty new snacks to sample!  As a consumer myself, I absolutely love their food, the many available options provided from week to week, and the fact that they provide macros for all meals.  Oh…And this is a perfect companion for our Magnitude Macros program!

The Open allows everyone a chance to prove something to themselves, and at CFM, we’re lucky to be able to do that in an environment in which your fellow athletes will cheer you on, whether you’re a veteran, a rookie, or somewhere in between.  If you’re thinking about doing it, do it!
