Station 1 – Row 30/21 Cal

Station 2 – 2 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-up, 10 push-up, 15 air squat)

Station 3 – 100 Double-Unders

Rest the remainder of each 2 minute block.  If you do not have at least 30 seconds rest, adjust reps.
