Before starting, pick any two movements you need practice with (your goats).

With a running clock…

Minutes 0:00-3:00

Jog 400m

Minutes 3:00-6:00

Goat #1

Minutes 6:00-9:00

Jog 400m

Minutes 9:00-12:00

Minutes 12:00-15:00

Jog 400m

Minutes 15:00-18:00

Note:  A goat can be anything from barbell movements (snatch, overhead squat, thruster), gymnastic/body weight movements (ring/bar muscle-ups, toes to bar, l-sits, rope climbs), monostructural movements (rowing, double unders), or even your flexibility/mobility (bottom of squat position, overhead position in press or bottom of snatch, start position of a clean or snatch).  Choose two that need the most improving upon and spend each three minute block practicing the movement or spending time in a specific position to better it.  Your coaches will have plenty ideas for you, but start thinking about it ahead of time.  See you in class!
